These terms and conditions apply to all kitchen wrapping services provided by Wrapdan, operated by Daniel Solescu ("we", "us", "our"). By commissioning our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
All quotations are provided free of charge and without obligation. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. A quote is based on the information and photographs provided by you. If the condition of surfaces differs materially from what was described or shown, we reserve the right to revise the quote before commencing work.
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total quoted price is required to secure your booking date. The deposit is payable upon acceptance of the quote. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work, before we leave the premises.
We use only architectural-grade vinyl films from reputable manufacturers. The exact brand and range will be confirmed at the quoting stage. Whilst we make every effort to ensure colour accuracy, slight variations may occur between samples and the final installed product due to differences in lighting, batch variation and surface type.
Kitchen wrapping requires surfaces to be structurally sound, clean and reasonably flat. We will assess suitability during the quoting process. If upon inspection at the time of installation surfaces are found to be unsuitable (for example, water damaged, warped or heavily textured in a way that was not visible in photographs), we reserve the right to decline to wrap those specific surfaces. In such cases, we will discuss alternative options with you.
We will carry out the wrapping work with reasonable care and skill in accordance with industry standards. Timescales provided are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the project and conditions on site. We will make every effort to minimise disruption to your household during the work.
You agree to provide clear and safe access to the kitchen for the duration of the work. Surfaces must be cleared of personal items before we arrive. We require adequate lighting and ventilation in the working area. If conditions on site prevent us from carrying out the work safely or to our standard, we may need to reschedule.
We will provide aftercare guidance upon completion. Our workmanship warranty covers defects in application (such as lifting, peeling or bubbling caused by installation error) for a period of 12 months from completion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, impact, excessive heat exposure, harsh chemicals or normal wear and tear. The film manufacturer's warranty (where applicable) is separate and subject to their own terms.
If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled start date will forfeit the deposit only. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled start date may incur additional charges if materials have already been ordered or cut. If materials have been ordered specifically for your project, you will be liable for the cost of those materials.
We carry public liability insurance. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total value of the contract. We are not liable for any pre-existing damage to surfaces, appliances or fittings, nor for any indirect or consequential losses.
We may wish to take photographs of completed work for use on our website, social media and marketing materials. We will always ask your permission before photographing your property. You are under no obligation to agree and refusal will not affect the quality of service provided.
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our work, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue. We take all complaints seriously and will work with you to find a fair solution. Please contact Daniel Solescu at danielsolescu@icloud.com or 07398 856258.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking will apply to your project.
